H.I.S. Tours Company was set up in Bangkok as a branch office of H.I.S. in Japan, one of the leading travel agent in Japan, in March 1997. After opening, we have been supporting many customers come from Japan and other countries including Thai customers.

It is also possible to issue air tickets and make a payment later after air tickets were reserved. But in this case, please issue air tickets and make a payment by one week before departure date. (There is a different condition with a different time limit for issuing tickets of each time)

Please pay and issue tickets immediately when the departure date is less than one week or the departure on that day.

There will be additional charge for paying by credit card.

[How to pay by other methods]

1. Bank transfer （The transfer commission becomes a customer's share ）

After transferred money, please send us your pay-in slip by e-mail or fax.
The transfer bank account is as follow. Please note that transfer account is different depending on method of transfer like Yen and Baht construction, etc.
We cannot receive this method of payment as it might take time for payment confirmation when it closes to departure date or any other reasons.

2. Pay as mail order by credit card

We can receive only VISA, MASTER, and JCB when you pay as mail order.
All are associated with 3% as a card payment commission. (It is different from come to office case).
A prescribed form is sent by e-mail or fax, please sign after confirming customer information. Please reply to our office by fax after filled in the form.

3. Pay by cheque

・Please prepare cheque by mentioned payment date.
・Because it might take time for confirming your payment, it is not likely to be able to receive it for the application for the verge.

4. Pay when our messengers deliver air tickets

We will visit only Bangkok metropolitan to customer’s residence and office (Delivery on the same day could not be guaranteed). The acceptance time of delivery is set up to 5:30 pm from 9:30 am.
You can pay in Thai Baht, US Dollar, and Japanese Yen. (Please let our staff know in advance if you need to pay in US Dollar or Japanese Yen)

Please note that it may not possible to repay it for the discount air ticket. Please inquire an uncertain point when you reserve air ticket. (Application from reservation on August 1, 2007)

Cancellation charge （Per person)

• Please offer the report of the cancellation to each branch.
• The above-mentioned regulations make it assumes application only when report will be gotten by day before boarding expected date.
• There might separately be claimed from airline for cancellation by no report.
• Cancellation fee will be collected in full amount when airline ticket price does not come up to above-mentioned cancellation fee.
• Please get confirmation in various conditions and required documentation, etc. in the country of going in and out of each country by customer oneself.
• In case we need to repay, cancellation fee is repaid and balance repays amount that is.
• Repayment makes it assume either of returning by coming to our office or transfer to your bank account.
• Repayment is received only to person in question of boarding schedule in case of coming to the office (please bring your unused air ticket together with receipt)
• Handling charge according to repayment makes it assume the load of customers for cancellation by customer’s convenience.
• There is a part of bank that does not handle it either.

Regulations differ from the above regarding the repayment condition after issuing air tickets

• After air ticket is issued ： It is not possible to repay it.
• Cancellation charge （When differing from the above-mentioned cancel charge）
• The amount of the repayment is decided after the adjustment procedure with the airlines ends. (*It might take around three or six months. ）

＊The change by following reasons, we cancel your reserved flight and reserve again as a new booking.
Change or correction of passenger’s spelling or in case of not becoming a pledge by reason such as your reservation in a waiting list after changing the request.

If you have a reconfirmation-required air ticket, please reconfirm by yourself.

Regarding open ticket, please request to airlines to change flight by yourself after ticket is issued.

Basically, time limit for issuing air ticket is one week before departure date but it may differ because of peak season, airlines, and so on.

Please visit to H.I.S. branch office and pay for air tickets within business hours.

Please pay before the time limit of issuing the air ticket.
（If you miss the time limit, your booking will be cancelled.）

[Get air tickets sending by mail]

Please tell us in advance in case you request to get air ticket by mail. It requires sending time, so if departure time is closer, you may not use this service.

We will charge you local tax, air flight insurance fee, fuel surcharge fee and airport tax separately from air ticket price. Costs may differ without prior notice.

Please ask directly to airlines by yourself.

[Utilization requirement for discount air tickets]

• A final charge will be fixed when air ticket is issued. Please acknowledge when charge is changed by convenience of airlines, we may collect difference charge.
• It requires a handling charge to change and to cancel after air ticket is issued.
• It cannot board other airlines.
• It requires a handling charge to repayment after ticket is issued and there is a part of thing of an possible repayment.
• As a rule, it is not possible to change the routing.

[Other notice]

• Please make confirmation of your departure time with airlines on departure date. Please note that our company cannot take the responsibility even if your confirmation is neglected and it missed it.
• Please make a phone call by a personal call from foreign countries. Please acknowledge we do not receive a collect call. We will pay the call charge in case our responsibility.
• In connected flight, even if reservation is confirmed in Bangkok, you are not likely to be able to transfer flight in the local for communication circumstance in each country or other reasons. In that case, our company will not assume responsibility, so please take care of your travel by yourself.
• Please join a traveling abroad insurance. （our company does not treat. ）

[Exemptions clause]

Please note that H.I.S. company cannot assume the responsibility when it damages by the matter means that customers illustrates as follows:

• When reservation is cancelled for reasons that customers neglect the reconfirmation of reservation and confirmation of departure time by 72 hours before (on the inbound flight). (Especially, please reconfirm it directly in a local office of each airline during peak season.
• When departure flight is cancelled and changed date by the reasons of natural disaster, strange ground, war disturbances, riot, alliance walkout, strike, hijack, or airline’s convenience.
• When you cannot board onto flight or go in and out country by Thailand’s and other countries’ immigration-control and refugee-recognition act for reasons the lack of passport at the remaining validity term and incompleteness of visa. (Especially, please note it for one way air ticket). Please follow a procedure for re-acquisition promptly when remaining validity term of passport is under one year.
• When reservation is cancelled by overbooking, or boarding is refused.
• When you lost or were stolen air ticket. (As a rule, it is not possible to reissue)
• When it is not possible to board as customer comes late for check-in time. (basically, two hours before departure time).
• When name shown in passport and name as shown in air ticket is different.
• When you cannot reserve return flight for the reasons you have not reserve return flight (in case of open ticket).

The Thai National Railways ticket should reserve and issue in the same time. Tickets cannot be issued later by putting the reservation in advance.
Customers who hope for reservation and issue ticket, please visit to our office. The vacant seat situation is examined with a reservation terminal system and ticket is issued then and there. (There is a route that cannot be issued on the same day by Thai National Railways regulations).Reservation by phone call, fax, and e-mail are not received.
