Roles & Responsibilities

• Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.)
• OS (Windows Platform) maintenance. For example, update antivirus and security patches.
• OS (OS X) maintenance and future remote centralize administration.
• General IS (Information System) troubleshooting. For example, printer problem.
• Supervising / acquire hardware inventory (laptops, screens, servers ,switch)
• PC maintenance (laptops and desktops) covers setting up new machines and basic repairs like replacing peripherals (hard drive, CD-ROM drive.
• Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet, and installing antivirus protection
• Fixing network faults
• Network maintenance
• Technical support for people using the network
• Day to day admin and monitoring of network use

Qualifications

• Male age 22 -28
• 1-3 years’ experience in IT/ Network admin / Helpdesk
• Ability to communicate in English
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, or IT-related field.
• Start-up or ecommerce experience is a plus

• Planning about marketing, tour products, and others related to Worldwide market

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in marketing & sales (Korean destination is advantage)

• Responsible for communication with Japanese branch
• Preparation of itineraries and quotations
• Sending reservation requests to hotels and land service providers in Thailand
Coordination with the operation department with our offices in booking land services
Negotiate reservations with suppliers and hoteliers
General administration tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Japanese or the hospitality industry
• Good command of Japanese – both verbally and in writing – is essential(JPLN1-N2)
• Knowledge of Thailand tourism.
• Experience Travel agency is an advantage
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and excellent computing skills
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work flexible hours during peak season.
